2. Donation Terms & Conditions

• Shariah Compliance: Aaysha Trust handles all Zakat and general charity contributions strictly in compliance with Shariah guidelines. Zakat funds are utilized solely for eligible educational and academic support of verified, deserving students.
• Payment Processors: We partner with secure third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay) to process donations. By donating, you agree to comply with the terms and privacy policy of our payment partner.
• Tax Exemption (80G): Eligible donations are entitled to tax deductions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donors are responsible for providing correct PAN details to receive an authentic 80G tax receipt.
• No Refunds: Since donations are utilized directly and immediately for student welfare and educational fees, all contributions made to Aaysha Trust are non-refundable.

3. Educational Support Applications

Students and parents applying for Zakat support or causes agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and genuine academic and financial documents during the application process.
• Consenting to background verification, reference checks, and verification with their academic institutions.
• Understand that submission of an application does not guarantee selection. The final decision rests with the Aaysha Trust Council based on eligibility criteria and available funds.

4. User Accounts & Security

If you create an account on our platform (as a donor, applicant, or administrator), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the website or services for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Submitting false, forged, or misleading documents or information.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the platform, including security bypasses, injecting malicious code, or scraping data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aaysha Trust endeavors to keep the platform secure and operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the website is free from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aaysha Trust shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our platform.
